Damage Or Shortages

If you find on opening the parcel that goods are damaged, then you must inform us within 48 hours of the delivery. We will endeavour to resolve the matter quickly, (it may require you to return the items to us at your own cost). Once the goods have been received and inspected a refund will be arranged and any cost of return postage will be refunded.

Any shortage on delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours.


Returns Policy

Any unwanted item can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. You, the buyer, are responsible for all the return postage costs. The item should be complete, unused and in its original un-opened packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained beforehand by contacting us on 01827 701310 or info@midlandleisuresupplies.co.uk




Brand/Appliance Specific Warranty Information

Dometic products come with a two year manufacturers warranty.

Thetford products come with a three year manufacturers warranty.

Appliances must be fitted by qualified engineers

All gas & electrical appliances i.e. Fridges, Cookers, Air Cons etc. must be fitted by a qualified engineer. Failure to do so can invalidate your warranty and cause injury/deathdeath. 

Call out charges are not covered under warranty

Warranty procedure sometimes requires a product to be taken to an approved service partner; customers who call out a “mobile” engineer from one of these partners should note the call out charges incurred are not covered as part of the warranty.
