All postage prices quoted on this website are for delivery for the above terms.

We can offer postage to non standard areas,please email for a quote.

We try to ship all orders next working day providing the goods are in stock.Please note that during busy times this may be upto 3 working days.If a product is out of stock you will be notified of any additional delay that may occur.

Delivery for most orders will be sent on overnight courier. 

We ship with Royal mail/Hermes for low value items and Parcel force 24/48hr for higher value.

Some items may require a pallet delivery,you will be notified in this case.

All deliveries sent by Midland Leisure Supplies require a signature upon receipt of your goods.

Please inspect parcels for signs of damage and if any damage is spotted please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately .

Check for visual damage,and contamination from other parcels and that you receive the correct amount of packages as stated on the box/bags.

This is the recipients responsibility as if signed for in satisfactory condition insurance/claims are almost impossible to pursue.

Damage Or Shortages

If you find on opening the parcel that goods are damaged, then you must inform us within 48 hours of the delivery. We will endeavour to resolve the matter quickly, (it may require you to return the items to us at your own cost). Once the goods have been received and inspected a refund will be arranged and any cost of return postage will be refunded.

Any shortage on delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns Policy

Any unwanted item can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. You, the buyer, are responsible for all the return postage costs. The item should be complete, unused and in its original un-opened packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained beforehand by contacting us on 01827 701310 or

Faulty Goods

If an item is thought to be faulty please contact us for a returns authorisation first. We will ask you to return the item to us or we will arrange a courier to collect the item. When the item is received by us it will be tested and if found to be faulty it will be replaced or refunded in full, including any reasonable postage costs incurred by you.

All returned items must include a copy of the original receipt and your contact details to aid quick refund.
